OSTEOPATHY is a form of therapy that uses a wide range manual techniques, tailored to the individual, to treat underlying structural causes of pain and discomfort. It enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Treatment may involve relaxing massage techniques to reduce tension in the muscles, gentle joint articulation to encourage mobility and joint manipulation if a particular joint is not moving well.
